Water Cuts: Gautrain?

Has anyone around Rosebank/Illovo area been experiencing water shortages?

For a 3rd day, we have no water in our offices in Illovo (just off oxford road). Information so far is that the Gautrain drilling has unexpectedly hit some manholes/servitude. For an office with 200+ people, sanitation is becoming a nightmare!

I am in the North East and also periodic run out of water.
Being a generous soul and becuae it seemed to start with the electricity crisis, I have assumed that Rand Water Board are helping out Eskom by only pumping during off-peak demand times. Or maybe not...
