As part of our Telkom’s response to our ICASA complaint they refer to a number of earlier complaints and their responses to those complaints. I will try to post a few of these complaints and Telkom’s responses to the complaints as this will keep us informed about Telkom’s view about the service and give us a better perspective about our own complaint.
