Anyone know where I can take my camera to be looked at, it decided to take 'black' pictures today at the AAD Expo, I think it needs a service or something.

Someone who will fix it, do a good job etc.

Oh, and they are in Cape Town.
 
Have you tried contacting HP directly?

Its a pretty old camera - might not even be made anymore. Hope fixing it doesnt cost more than a replacement. :o
 
I've just sent in a e-mail to HP support, I should've done this before the post, I just thought someone might know someone ;)

Anyways, let's see what happens either way, and if anyone knows someone who can fix my camera, please let mek now, just incase HP aren't helpful - even though, in the query, I pleaded for someone to help in one way or another.
 
Thanks Nanfeishen, will call him tomorrow.

HP replied to my e-mail, they think the memory card / memory is damaged so I was asked to format, I did this, didn't fix the problem :(

So I sent back a long reply... Me and HP swopping e-mails, this is going to be interesting :)
