i need to get an invoice from sentech for da tax man, phoned support, says only way is i must print from that log on screen where all my account details are. i say ok, how i get there, um, um, reinstall your software he says so that screen comes up again, i say so i must install my software once a month? i fone back hoping to get someone else, i do, he say, the url is ....... he got like halfway and honest to god could not REMEMBER the rest of the url.
does anyone know what it is.. ???
 
I think it is http://reg.mywireless.sentech.co.za

But it was down last night. Maybe its not quite the right URL but the login works ?

hehehe I gave up with sentech support desk day one. All I needed for them to do was check my pop3 password, something that one would assume that tech support would know how to do. I now retrieve email from my company's pop3 and use sentech's smtp to send. Its easier!
 
That's actually quite scary don't you think? I think management should maybe invest in that new stuff they invented called PAPER and maybe write the stuff down???
