Erm ... I'm not sure applauding the re-allocation of a non-working person is much to celebrate.
Then again ... having the unable to work person remain in charge was already criminal.
 
I was delighted to hear that Mr. Charles. "no whingers" Nqakula moved from Safety and Security to Defence. A perfect move in my book. Hopefully we'll get some #$*ing form safety and security now. Who cares about defence. It's not like we were patrolling our borders anyway.

Yes, that is one miracle that would be a very good thing.
