What are the import duties on spare parts??

I gather there will be a 14% VAT, are the any other import duties??:confused:

Looking to bring in an after market flywheel into the country.

I just got a friend in Germany to source me a second hand flywheel.

Do second hand parts also attract duties??

Any Idea of "used" parts duties.

Got a nice "used" racing flywheel coming and would appreciate any input.
