See guys there are no major problems with the service right now and thus there are little if no post activity at all. Makes me wonder if this forum isnt just one big b i t c h i n g session ? :P

Lets go:

I got to work this morning and connected within seconds. I downloaded the latest virus defs and ran the windows update... no problems.

I did however notice that the download speed is a lot faster that it use to be. I'm on a 128 package, my speed peaks at 20kb/s and averages 15kb/sec...bonus.
 
There does seem to be "extra" bandwidth.

Now, since everything is working again.. we must make sure there is a plan for next time. We cant just moan and moan when it gets bad. Perhaps the resellers and other representatives can set up some kind of user group that reports to Sentech directly on issues of service levels, support feedback etc.
 
heheh, i was thinking of posting something like this... saying that it's quiet when things work... but we're too busy downloading STUFF to talk on the forums!

another shoutout to the Sentech guys: well done on sorting the problems out!

Bu yeah, everyone is so busy catching up on normal stuff they missed so they dont have time for the forum :)
