I can get a 1600 bantam for R3000

It has 210000 on the clock a 1992 and a little rust,but its not registered in SA as it is from zim.Its still is legal and the license expires in 8 months on the ZIM licence.
Is there anything i should know or am i wasting money to register it for SA use .
This would be perfect for another project car.;):rolleyes:
 
Sounds like a really good deal. Not sure what the licensing fees on this side are tough.
 
3k ? thats not much more for a car itself... and if u cant renew the license, just drive it of a cliff and jump out before, and take lots of pics :p
 
or invite us all, have lots of explosive material in it, we bring the guns and than we just have fun shooting it, always wanted to shoot a car :rolleyes:

NO i dont but he is corporate accountant.young exec afaik,i met him today for the first time at his work and he is all legal and legit.I think he bought the car there and his got a new car and its just standing,So i do trust the seller by all means.No dodgy dodgy:D
 
You will pay import duties on the vehicle - my bosses mom-in-law has had to keep her car for many years before she may legally sell it in SA
