This thing goes sideways, turns 360 degrees without moving, goes backwards, forwards, or to any side, also doesn't rotating turning wheels.

Punctures are also not a problem.

Whats types of speed is the wheel capable of?!:p
 
won't the tarmac chew up the rubber lining though, or is this for flat/smooth surfaces only?
 
Also wondering if this wheel design would cause more friction thus making it less fuel friendly :D

But awesome design though!
