How to make little .rar files instead of one giant one

Hey everyone.

I want to upload my Linobuntu Beta tomorrow but due to only having 384k and the iso size is about 980mb.

I know it is going to fail if I upload it in one shot. How can I use winrar to "rar" the file and then create for example 20 smaller rar images that can be extracted.
 
In the Winrar window, bottom left hand corner - "Split to volume, bytes" - Choose from one of the selections in the dropdown, or specify your own size!
