Basically salvaged all the still-good components from my old P4 and it seems a shame to just waste them. Got the mini ATX case, 2 sticks of 256mb DDR1 RAM, a 128mb Geforce 4 Leadtek graphics card and a 2ghz P4 processor (not sure which type, but I got the machine at the beginning of 2003).
Had to practically get a new machine last year after that one's motherboard's caps spewed their guts all over. The only issue is getting a board (doesn't have to be *new*) that supports the old P4 chip. I don't really *need* the machine, but as I said, it seems a shame to just waste the stuff that still works and it's just good practice.
Anyone have any idea where I might find such a board?
