Inability of Skype to offer SA value is indicative of stifled telecoms

Ja, would be better if everybody in the company had a Skype phone and a Skype client installed on their workstations, but then the problem of abuse becomes a factor. Skype is also a major IM client... and the administration would be a nightmare. Would have to get decent Skype handsets for everybody. As far as I know with Vox you get all of that as part of the deal.
 
At my work we all use Skype for IM as it's easier and quicker than email - or the phone.

Helps a lot when somebody's on site and needs/requires some support.
