Is there anyone connected near ruhama(i think it is) towards helderkruin shopping centre? (from ruhama towards the centre via ouklip?)
I might move, and going to do some tests on saturday (speed etc) and if it sucks I'm not moving *sigh*
Called Support today. Asked Tristan that if I did move and the speeds are *** if they'd let me out of the contract, and I got the "we are aware there are some speed issues on the different towers and you can't get out of the contract even if you suck me off" defense, then when citing that why should I as a 512k user pay for a service a 128k user will get, and got the "service is contended" defense.
So even if you're a 512k user, you're service is contended with 128k users and there is no priority on what you, a paying subscriber (of about double what 128k users pay), can get? this is ridiculous.
Help save the bandwidth. Decent download speeds for TheRodent! Stop downloading now!!!
