Real time Lan user monitoring

Is there a program that monitors which users are on your computer at which times, that refreshes itself realtime.

I know if you right click computer - manage - shared folders - open files, you get such a list, this is exactly what I want, but I want it to refresh itself realtime.

Is there a way to do this or is there some other program to do so,

I used to have a program called sharewatch, does the same thing
