MTN accused of anti-competitive behavior

God, this is a free economy, if one guy wants to buy and other guy wants to sell then let them do so for the love of turd flavored water

Are the rates really different between existing MTN SP's?

“Over the past months we have accumulated and prepared extensive evidence supporting the fact that MTN’s bid is highly anti-competitive, and will have the effect of a substantial lessening of competition by removing an effective competitor from the market.”

... because you can currently go to iTalk and get the same package cheaper than MTN SP. I think not! Or port to Network Provider X and still stay with iTalk?

How exactly is this a competitor? Same product. Same Price.?

Do you feel the same way when M$, with all it's money, tries to buy out its competition in order to limit what the market can buy?
Healthy competition is what the Commission is set up for, let's hope they get it right, whatever their decision in this and similar cases.

not quite sure what u r getting at, but iTalk monthly subscriptions for MTN deals do seem to be be cheaper than those offered by MTN SP, from what I've seen.
