Tina Sherman is suing McDonald’s for US$3 million. The reason is that, according to Mrs Sherman, pictures of her butt naked were posted online by McDonald’s employee(s) when her husband left his cellphone at the McDonald’s in Arkansas, USA.

Maybe hubby left the cellphone at McD's on purpose to claim some moola back from them?

Should be interesting to watch.

I always find it amusing in America how people sue for these totally ridiculous sums, running into millions of dollars for 'damages'... :rolleyes:
 
Might be that the two of them got deep into financial difficulties, and they decided to let hubby take a few risque shots of his wife, upload these pics (either before, during or after the phone was forgotten at McD's), "forget" his phone in McD's and claim compensation...

And they got his physical address from the phone as well... I smell a big rat somewhere...

Will have to see what the detectives and court say on this.
 
How can she prove it's her? Does she have matching front ones for us to inspect?
