OMW are they stupid or something.
Basic science says we need water in the air to have rain.
If we sell millions of these monstrosities to sucj the water from the air we can say goodbye to regular rain.
This is an ecological disaster waiting to happen.
Imagine England with no rain. LOL its going to be fun.
 
Like some of the people said in the comments, this gizmo already exists in millions of home. It can like to be called a air-conditioner.

Yes, agreed.

we have plenty of water on earth. cheap electricity, we don't.

also, it will cause pollution if everybody used this....what kind of town has electricity but doesn't have water?
 
Hook it up to solar energy.. or get the government to actually roll out enough nuke stations to make metering power pointless.. and these lil buggers will help a lot.
 
I used to have a device called a dehumidifier. It does the same thing. They even say it does the same thing. It cost me around R400 at the time. Why would I want to buy this?

Oh, it sterilises the water. I could do the same using a two step process that is MUCH cheaper than this. What is the point of this device?
