Free World Cup Tickets For South Africans
South Africans will get at least 120,000 free tickets for the first round of the 2010 World Cup their country is hosting, according to FIFA's secretary-general Jerome Valcke.

Nice but 10 to 1 it will be for games like Trinidad and Tabago vs. Japan or something like that :/
Big games like Brazil, Spain, Italy and so on will make big cash in the form of ticket sales.

construction workers will get tickets to the first match in their city, except for the opening day. so if brazil is playing in pollowkwarn, then thats what they watch.

Yip, Blatter promised the workers two tickets each from what I can recall so that would probably account for a lot of those tickets!
