Recently I have seen the xbox 360 being played in various movies and tv programs but i'v only seen the ps3 in 2 episodes of Heroes in season 2 (I thought the ps3 is taking over the world according to some clowns err. I meant Droids here.) Please add if i missed some :p

Samurai Girl (An ABC Movie miniseries)

Xbox 360 in Tv series
Chuck (almost showed in every second episode)
How i met your mother
The class
Knight Rider (the new series)

TV and Film production companies are constantly trying to save on their budgets, hence they have one 360 that gets dragged from studio lot to studio lot. It's an RRoD unit - luckily they add the game graphics or 360 dash on the TV in post production via the wizardry of special effects.
 
Don't forget South Park, In both seasons 11 and 12, whenever video games are shown, it's clearly a Xbox 360 console.
 
In 'Big bang theory' theres a 360 in 2 episodes, and the cast frequently have Halo nights :p

In season 5, 'House' was playing Ninja Gaiden 2 :D

I only saw the ps3 in 1 heroes ep (Mika playing Heavenly Sword)

well its the number one american console duh! It started with the first xbox. M$ just knows how to market
 
hahaha, they've been lagging behind, clearly! They became complacent and thats where M$ struck and struck hard!
 
I'm sure there was an xbox in Transformers the movie, the part where some of the vending machines in the city transform, some dude had just purchased an Xbox and was siting on a bench.

You people have time...I would rather play PS3 then go and count wherever I see it. I'm going back to my PS3 now. Cheers.
