AM i stubborn or I'm just standing for what i believe in?

Hi people, normally when my girlfriend and i fight, when her facts have dried up, or her part of the debate if lacking facts, she turns around to say I'm stubborn. I mean what justifies people to say that the other person is stubborn? Or am i really stubborn?

what's your take?

I have learned or am learning the hard way....dont sweat the small stuff.

Sometimes the small arguments aren't worth the consequences...let it go and steer the conversation in another direction.

Read that book: Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus. It's really helpful.

If you are debating facts with a women you're doing it all wrong.

i have learnt this the hard way, its not worth kicking up a fuss over something small, just let it be, water off a ducks back.

Depends on the woman.

Just remember that books like that one depend on stereotypes - and yes, sometimes they're true, but often they aren't.

LOL

I asked my dad once... (while I was having problems understanding my gf) if he understands my mom.

He looked at me and said, "You know, you'd think after 31 years of marriage I would huh?"

Asked him how he kept the peace and he just shrugged and told me that it's a "damned if you do damned if you don't" situation and it takes years of practice to find a balance to not get into **** for a small thing. When they argue he says that he knows he's right so he just listens to my mom bitch about whatever and then go "Yes dear" or something to the like :p

:D

Just a big FYI. I'm yet to meet a woman that does not fall into some kind of stereotype. I'm not saying "all women are the same"

Not by a frigging LONG shot...

What I am saying though is that there are similarities in all women (and men!) and what makes them unique is how they act/respond to different situation and/or how funny/intelligent/wise etc they are.

You get dull women and very interesting women. You get funny, short, tall, fat, boobzilla, tittles, wide, blonde, brunette, red head and big nosed ones... all of them share similar traits defined by those stereotypes.

I bet you if I asked 100 women if they think ALL women are the same I'd get 100 "NO GO SCREW YOURSELVES WE'RE NOT ALL THE SAME" answers. Making you all the same ;)
