Neotel, South Africa’s new telecommunications provider, has confirmed the confidence that remains high in the South African telecommunications market by announcing a project finance deal to the value of R4.4-billion.

Hopefully they'll use the cash to build new towers. If they double the amount of towers they have, to ten, we might not complain about coverage so much.
