3g Lags and Disconnects in Pietermartitzburg

We seem to be having alot of Disconnects and Lags with our 3g modems in pietermaritzburg. I know of atleast 4 people in the pmb area that are having the same problems. Is vodacom doing maintenance / upgrades on the towers in pmb? We are starting to get a little miffed with this issue. It happens every week. Saturday and Sunday seems to be the best days. If it was a signal issue would it not be a permanent problem.

I am Experiencing the same problem with 3g, The connection is very slow or it just does not want to connect very painful for Remote support, to make things worse i live right next to a 3G tower.

Can anyone please help or does anyone know wot is doing on with vodacom

Not just Pietermaritzburg ... Cape Town has been just as bad recently ...

I also have noticed a drop with the connection being not as stable in this month as December was, i hope that we could get some feedback in regards to this.

To the 3 usernames posting from the same IP address, explain yourselves, or use one username instead of 3.
 
3x users

There are 3 different Users on our network that use their own 3G contracts / Modems.
 
Missing the point

Hi Vodacom3g

Who cares if there are 3 ppl on same network. The problem is that we are having 3G problems, and we are wanting to find out if anyone has any idea on how to resolve it. We just would like some feedback from others users and Vodacom.

FYI : Got better things to do than use this as an IM.:mad:

It is you that is missing the point, v3g asked you to p.m. details, you are telling v3g you refuse to provide the required info and would prefer to be non-cooperative, which means there is no point to this thread.

PS: If you are in fact 3 separate people, using the same shared IP address from work [not 3G], you could at least drop the "Hey Raptorew" and "Hi Ratorew" greetings which are very lame when you're all sitting beside yourselves in the same office building.
