Where to buy a laptop

I am looking for a laptop similar to the Acer Aspire 8930G in incredible connection. Any suggestions. The budget is around 20K The specs are as follows:

Intel Core 2 Quad Q9000 processor 2.0GHz, 4096MB RAM, 2 X 500GB HDD, Blu-Ray recordable drive, Integrated webcam & 802.11 a/g/n WLAN, Memory card reader and Bluetooth, Fingerprint reader, nVidia GeForce 9600M -GT graphics with 1024MB dedicated video RAM, 18.4 Full HD 1920 X 1080 resolution CrystalBrite display and a 3 year waranty.

It doesn't have to be in South Africa, also have family in both The UK and the UAE.
 
I'd suggest something by Sager. Unfortunately the current exchange rate means that that R20k isn't going to get you as far as it used to, or I'd suggest Alienware. R20k for a quad-core based laptop, nevermind all the other specs, is being a bit enthusiastic though, I think.

Incredible corruption's actually somewhat well known for having good laptop prices. The current exchange rate is what's going to get you though.
Today, me and Praeses looked at Dell and a machine from the US actually costs the same than an SA machine with the same spec. That's rather frightening, considering how much cheaper it normally is.
