Farm Frenzy 1 & 2 - where to get it?

Anyone heard of this game?

I can only find it online, and they want $9.99 for it. Does anyone know how safe it is to purchase games like this online and with a credit card?

Alternatively, does anyone know of shops that might stock the game?

I cannot seem to find it anywhere...

Made a online transaction with my credit card a few years back, and there was 2 other transactions of R100 each to some shaky site, went into ABSA and they reversed it for me.
 
try ebay my brother and his wife buy games from them and no probs at all.
 
just checked that site too as we have played most of those games on there.
 
Bigfish is fine, don't they've been around for ages, and are known to be legit.

Their business model kinda helps independent developers to get some exposure, and even make a decent profit.

Steam also has some of those types of games, no idea if it has FF though.

Yes. It launches in a small window with a short video ad. Not much. Then the game starts and you can click in that window and run it full screen uninterrupted! It's great. It is the full game.

Wow, this looks great so far.

How do you find out how big the game is going to be? When you click 'get game' it only gives you a 2MB install file, which when you click it starts to download the full game...

Typically they are 20 to 30 MB. I have only had one or two very rare ones that are around 50 or 60 MB.
