My TelkomADSL348 now 4.5GB, not 6GB

What's up with this? It use to be +/- 6GB softcap, on my 3GB 384k. Now, every month it's 4.5GB.

Come on, Telkom, please play the game! :( You're the best ISP, but what happened to my other 1.5GB. Now I have to top-up with Axxess, and that means an extra R70.

Please sort out this problem.

More subscribers using more and more gigs just means a smaller remaining pool
until there will be none left.
 
I don't even think they call it 3GB anymore.

I get emails saying I'm at 86% and have done 3.8GB. I'm on a 3GB account. I think offically they saying its 4.5GB now

I notice the same on my email. been getting capped at 4.5GB for the last 3 months as well, kinda sucks when you're used to getting 6
 
Well on my 2 gig account, I used to get 3.8 gigs, but this month and last month it is down to 3.0 gigs. But I think there was a thread that said that the soft cap for 1 gig subscribers has increased.
 
As long as they keep giving us the 30GB local Free after the 4.5GB, I'll be using them. But yeah if only there was a viable fixed line alternative :(
 
wow ok then havent noticed that cos we have had line theft and the buggers havent replaced the cable in ovewr 6 months now still waiting and they say that they are working on it but it does not look like they are doing anything besides having the scones and tea on the grass where they are suppose to be working and putting in the new cables. Crazyness if you ask me

WTF..you guys are not paying any extra after the 3gb...its FREE...stop complaining..
