went to incredible corruption at the pavilion looking for the samsung 2333sw monitor which they had stock of but they quoted me R2899.00 now i dont know what the going rate is but it seemed quiet expensive to me ... am i right guys or should i just buy it from them at that price?

many thanks

Would be cheaper to buy online and have it couriered to your door. At least R200 cheaper.

That's me. No fancy website though just as yet. :D

You're welcome to PM me for more info.

thanks moh that price seems more realistic ... btw what is the diference with the samsung 2333sw and T220 monitor. i see the T220 is 22inch and the 2333sw is 23inch but the T220 is more in price... does it anything special

The main difference is that the 2333SW is a matt-finished monitor and does 1920x1080. Whereas the T220 has a glossy finish, looks a bit more attractive and does 1680x1050.

Minor difference is that the 2333SW is 5ms and the T220 is 2ms. I say minor because the difference is unnoticeable.

COOL THANKL postmanpot the finish should not be that important and the minor diference between 2m and 5ms would not be noticeable... also the 2333sw is hd?

many thanks

Yes, it displays in full HD, however it does not accept HDMI - only VGA/D-Sub and DVI.

Nope. AFAIK the cheapest Samsung monitor that accepts HDMI is the 24" 2493HM.

postmanpot please accept my apologies for being a nuisance im just a noob :D

the 24" 2493hm u mentioned is that anygood in ur opinion? cos im mainly gona use the ps3 with the monitor so i would assume the hdmi would be good

Not to worry, I really don't mind. :)

I've heard it's a very nice monitor. Wouldn't expect much less from Samsung LCDs. Haven't seen one myself though.
