CX4300 3-in-1 Colour Inkjet Printer @ R399.00. Print scan copy

Check it out. A scanner and printer for R399.00 @Makro: starting today. Saw this yesterday went to Makro Silverlakes and saw it is priced on special for R499.00. Called the salesman and told him the Internet advertised it for R399.00, so he checked and then called some manager and dropped the price for me to the advertised R399.00. I bought two.

The best is that this model have available a "cheap" CISS bulk ink system. Local suppliers ask about R800 and import is somewhat cheaper. Thus the CISS will cost about the same as replacing with replacement new cartridges which yields the eqivalent of 60 cartridge refills/replacements.

Just spoke to Wiekus and he also have a cheaper version which is essential self refillable cartridges with resettable chips working out about R460.00 with bottles of ink. Sound a better solution possibly.

Anyone bought this? The dealer cost price is R399.00 excl. Mine works fine. Scanning and coppying is perfect albeit printing a bit slower than my Cannon IP4200. Works nice as a photocopier. For only R399.00 inclusive just cannot be beat.

I have three of them already here in the office!

Cheaper than the ink and you can get a CCIS for this printer cheaply. Worth it IMHO.
