What do you consider an acceptable speed on Neoflex?

I receive download speeds of between 400kbps - 2Mbps. Uploads are in the 200kbps region.

So yeah you are on par with the expected averages quote by Neotel.
 
On Neoflex have had download from 100 up to 1400 (all in the space of 3 minutes) and upload from 60 up to 900 with up beating down, so definetely wonky in my eyes.

Staff didn't whine about internet today so shall ask them tomorrow if it beats i-bust which we cancelled for end of Feb
 
If i got 400 kbps i would be happy but i dont they have to to sort there base station in centurion not even a yagi arial improved speed on download its getting around 50-300 kbps on 79-77 rssi
 
Hasn't gone above 26 KB/sec for me yet ...... *mutter grumble etc*

With all the commentary on Neotel you should know by now that if you want cheap, slow, erratic, broadband and scratchy voice you choose Neohell. It's no good complaining once you have signed their 24 month contract.
 
This is the wrose news, I am on NeoConnect Prime, and I was thinking about upgrading to the "Business" package to see If I could get speeds exceeding my current 100kbps average..... DAMN!! So not even that is going to help me...

I hope these guys resolve all these issues, they should have thought this thing through before they give it to the public to test... :D

Anyways, still got 22 months to go!!!! 3G is the way to go in SA I guess, unless you build a house right next to a Neotel tower.... :D
