I don't know if its just me, but my account hasn't been debited by Sentech for September, and not for October as yet either.

I logged on to reg.mywireless.sentech.co.za and my account is now sitting at a whopping R2500 balance, that they are obviously going to debit me with at some point.

What i want to know is, since i am on thr MyWireless 128 package, how can the balance be at R2500 for only 2 months of non-payment, since it's supposed to be at R1300 at most.

Is anyone else experiencing this? And if so, is there any steps one could take to deny sentech from taking that amount from one's account?

There's no change in hell that I'm going to let them take R2500, or even R1300 at once from my aco****.

The best you can do is open a ticket and complain about getting double billed because your account sits at 2500

Now, this is the important bit... DO NOT... and I repeat, DO NOT, tell them your account has NOT been debited for the last two months.

ONLY complain... and I repeat, ONLY complain about the account sitting at 2500 for no reason whatsoever.

Do this and they'll PROBABLY (in their own stupidity) would probably see that they "have" debited your account for the past two months but havent updated their radius servers, resetting the amount (by crediting it)

There's at least 2 people I know of that was never billed every month, that now sits with over 5 grand to pay...and both of them logged calls numerous times and all those times have been told that their accounts HAVE been debited...

Use it to your advantage.

Hell, my gran on a scooter with a memory stick is faster than Sentech's MyWireless!

I have been on with Sentech since April. They have never taken any money from my account, not the R500 startup, nothing.

They found out last month. I got a call telling me that I could pay my R5500 balance over 3 months. I told them I had no intention to pay. If they don't provide the service, I don't provide the payment.

They "adjusted" my tower in July. I have been unable to connect at my house since then. They tell me that I am too far away to connect to that tower. I keep trying to explain to them that land mass does not move that fast. There is no way that my house has moved several kms. away from my tower since July.

I don't think this company is going to be around very long.
