are sentech even rolling out any new towers in cape town in the foreseeable future or have they gotten complete shellshock and retreated so far up their shells that their mouths are pushing out their corporate colon?

Proud South african rip offs.

step away from the sentech connection.... put the sentech connection down.... now run....

Hell, my gran on a scooter with a memory stick is faster than Sentech's MyWireless!

Don't be silly, they don't have time to put up any new MyWi towers at the moment - they are too busy preparing to become the country's worst cellular provider next year instead. It takes a lot of work to be the crappiest, you know, and they're not content to rest on their laurels and just be the most putrid internet network, they have vision, these people - why screw only a few thousand internet users when they can take on the cellular market and potentially take millions of people for a ride?

On Thursday Blouberg and Durbanville towers were switched on and on Friday Constantia tower was switched. As far as I know at least.

Oh great - the Constantia tower is up. Only 8 months after they told me it would be when I went down to Cape Town on business in March this year. How does it work? Do they grow the tower on a beanstalk and then wait for it to get to the right height?
