Hey Guys, anyone ever used click2buyit.com probably one of the most useless companys I have ever come accross. We ordered stuff from them and now there website doesnt exist anymore and there no does not exist.

THEY HAVE RUN AWAY WITH MY MONEY......!!!!!!:mad:

No, I have not used them before because it's quite clear that they are useless if I read some of the posts on the forum.
 
:confused: I just did a search on the forums for click2buyit and all I saw was a big competition with winners. This seems like an endorsement, not a warning!

oh my hat!!! what is it with people opening up these kind of companies and offering these services?
 
Well, if I could guess, some monkey probably switched their nameservers back to the parked ones. So it will take some time for it to switch back to their normal ones.

Try looking up the historical data in DNS (google how) and then setup your host file to point it to that IP and see if there hosting is down as well.

The number being down might be dialed wrong.

But yea, I agree, very unprofessional
 
It's a heavy risk when dealing with online shops. They should have to guarantee refunds somehow. At least with a brick 'n mortar place you can see if it's going to close.

You needed to read a bit further ... the warning was still to come :D.

I tried calling them a few times but no one answered the phone. I haven't tried to reach them recently so maybe the situation has changed. They took a big advertising campaign on MyBroadband and never paid so perhaps they are in financial dire straits but I'm not sure what the word on the ground is.
 
This does not surprise me to be honest, something about that online shop just told me to stay away...
 
How'd you pay?

If you paid with credit card, phone your credit card company and fill in a dispute form.
 
Yup - sooner than later though....

They're generally quite good.
