I currently don't have a Telkom line only a Neotel FlexData account.
So to contact Neotel i have to call on my cell phone which is not free!:mad:

Why does Neotel not have VOIP contact support such as skype. So the few of us who don't have Telkom lines or a Neotel Prime or lite account can actually contact you for Free!:rolleyes:

Our present website is being revamped in phases, we are investigating providing a live support facility on the website and if feasible you may be able to use this in the future.

Oh please! how about sorting your current helpdesk first before putting this cutting edge solution:mad:
3 days in a row now and I cannot get proper answers on how to cancel.

But I will be at your head office soon - with your device !

@nk1: I provided your details to our cuonsumer escalations agent - did you not receive a call or termination confirmation?

If so, why have you not PM'ed me to inform me?

@ mods: please move this post to another thread as this is another topic.

Well I got Neotel the other day, and it's been very slow. So when I registered here earlier I saw some Neotel posts on speed problems etc. I sent the Neotel rep a PM and within 2 minutes he called me to explain the situation.

Anyways, turns out in some locations (like city center cape town LOL!) have been over utilized hence degradation of the service.

The fact that he called me and spent 15 mins on the phone was impressive. So I'll wait for now until they get things sorted before passing any judgment on Neotel.

@nK1 - send a PM - might get you fast tracked ;)

Generally it would be nice if we were informed that there is speed degradation in our area. I was fine with having speeds in the advertised 300-700 bracket, but it is now getting worse every day. Yesterday 100-200, this morning 50-120. I can't even open my gmail anymore because it takes too long.

No, no calls received - I even sent an email to Samantha without any response and yes I did PM you last Friday and you never responded to me, so really tell me what must I do.
Also at no point did I authorise you to cancel on my behalf - I requested the forms and procedures for cancelling especially in light of the breach of contract by one party.

@mods, I'm happy you move this to another thread or start an new one called 'Complaints' or whatever.
