For anyone wanting to buy the Canon EOS 450D when searching on websites read the descriptions very carefully.

I just ordered and paid for one with the lens for R7979 from a website I won't be naming. My reason is that the price seemed to be an error on the website because when I phoned the shop they quoted a price of R8999 for the body and lens. The body alone was over R8700 but the title description stated the body whereas my order stated the body and the lens in the title.

I took the chance and paid the price on the site, have the receipt and so on, so let's see what excuses the company has because if they do they lose almost R8000 and a customer.

There is a second site I came across that also made a mistake of mentioning the lens with the body for a lower price. The problem with websites is that they only state what you get in the title and no where else.

So what I'm saying is, check out the details carefully cause you may end up with a bargain. PS, the price advertised by TechMall is very good especially for what you get. But if you just want the body and lens research carefully.
