Hey
i cant stand p2p downloading programs because while you are trying to download something. Some guy in Malta with T4 connection is downloading stuff off you comp and chewing up ur bandwidth. So i was wondering if anyone knew of any really good websites,FTP sites or programs that u can download full version games or programs.
Thanks

This isn't a warez forum and P2P was developed so as to prevent people just leeching without giving something back.

P2P is that bad and doesnt need to imply Warez, u can legally download TV series as it does not infringe on copywright. The best DL program to use is Bittorent, that is free to download from herehttp://bittorrent.com/download.html. You might have to open up a couple of ports on your router (i mine is 6884-6887) to get it going, just read up about it. It usually starts off slow while its connecting to seeds and peers, but just leave it running. The most comprehensive site is http://www.suprnova.org/ where you will find most anything you want.
As for someone eating away at your bandwidth, you can get a program called Netlimiter and you can set how much someone is uploading off you or your download speeds. Bear in mind that sometimes with bittorent you DL speed is proportionate to your upload speed.

I didn't say P2P was bad, however shuttles was asking for a means of downloading full (i.e. retail) versions of games and programs which would generally be considered as warez.

Bear in mind that using this Netlimiter software can get you banned from many p2p hubs.
