Survey: Leave a message OR Redial

Assuming that the press 0 to retrieve your messages thing is fixed on the WBS Support Centre number, AND you have an URGENT problem like no traffic or unable to connect, would you prefer to:

[A] Leave a message for WBS to call you back?

OR

Get an engaged signal and hit the redial button until you get thru?

Seems I'm the only person interested in knowing everyone else's opinion, no takers?

Well, right now I vote .

If it is urgent, (which is about the only time I would ever call a support centre / helpdesk in the first place) I would need to know ASAP, and would not be prepared to wait for someone to return my call.

PS: Had a message from Anakin saying that WBS Management were aware of press 0 problem, and the telephone system supplier company would be sorting out the problem. I've requested that we be informed when it is fixed.

sihen, just on the topic of the ACD (Automatic Call Distributor) , often times the 0861 number is engaged, however if I try one of the trunk numbers (Direct Numbers) I get through to a consultant instantly.
