Hi guys.
Just thought I'd share my iBurst experience for the past week that I've used it.
I think everyone will agree that 3GB is not enough for R699 pm. Yesterday I connected at 10AM and diconnected at 8AM this morning. I downloaded 3.2GB in 10 hours which amazed me to say the least. There's no doubt that I'm a high bandwidth user. I use SoulSeek, MIRC & FTP to download stuff, mostly music videos and TV shows.
My average speed on IRC is 30kb/s and overall it's probably 90kb/s. I live in Bedfordview and have a 100% signal (92% when it rains).
I think iBurst management need to reconsider the 3GB cap. Please don't make any lame excuses about Telkom. Telkom management can DIE right now as far as I'm concerned. Someone needs to step up and take a lead!
