Hi folks

Please take the time to rate the following (from 1 to 10, where 10 is extremely important) in terms of importance to you. Please try to be as accurate as possible… We have finalized the basic rating algorithm that will be used to rate the various broadband services, but need your help to accurately assign weights to some of the variables.

Upload Speed:
Latency:
Reliability (uptime):
Support (telephonic, email, 24/7 etc):
Mobility:
No limitations (unshaped etc):

There are some other variables involved, but the weights there will play less of a role…

I would like to give all of them 10! I did not rate mobility very high because I am lucky enough to basically be surrounded by net access where I work and at home.

If reliability was good, with a good bulletin board and unshaped then we will not need support! Who likes to listen to 2 hours of piped music and messages in any event!

Like Antowan said, I'd like to make all of then 10s, but to me the most important thing is that it has to be cheap, fast and not limited.

I've rated them pretty much as fairly as I could. I'd say reliability is by far and way the most important part , followed by download speed and then price and latency. Everything else would be nice to have :) Though if you have a reliable service you don't really need much in the way of support.

Please note I don't mean a reliably bad service :) such as certain providers offer us!!!
