Does anybody have any information as to the use of the "Administered Prices Executive Report" published on the Treasury website (http://www.treasury.gov.za/) (dated 13/12/2004). There is an entire section on telecommunications and how "apparently" Telkom is overcharging the consumer (who would have thought).
Personally that document is too long to keep my thoughts from wondering off in another direction, so I was hoping somebody here has some inside info that could give me the short version as to its intended use and how it would be applied to bring down prices - or has it already been used somewhere and I simply missed it?
