Just want to know, has anyone used iburst with GT247, and whether it actually works.

Robone, Why not ask someone in your area to come round with their UTx and give it a try?

I'm sure the lure of a few free beers will entice one of the iBursters.

(I think you're going to end up with ADSL unshaped 4G)

I bothered to google this afternoon - Global Trader!

Methinks Robone was fishing for fellow stockmarketeers to tell him, in great detail, aspects of GT247 that did & didn't work with I-Go-Everywhere.

IC thats right, I have done the research on mywireless at a large cost to myself, so I was hoping someone (maybe even WBS) had already tried it using iburst. It was a long shot. Actually, I was hoping iburst would let me be there tester :)

Anyway, I think the same problems will crop up with iburst as they have with mywireless. Arf9999 is right....ADSL and maybe unshaped.

I thought you said you couldn't get ADSL where you are, or am I maybe loosing my mind? (added: that was a rhetorical question, but I am willing to take free pshycho-therapy over the net ;) )

Added: found the answer to that question-

2. The coverage doesn't concern me as I do not need a mobile unit. Nice to have but not required. As to why I don't get ADSL. Telephone line goes down at least a few times a year and takes from a few days to a week to get going again.

I can get ADSL, but I have phone line problems. I have decided that it is better having a full service for 330 days of a year than half a service for 365 days of the year.

But, please don't delve into all my old posts as I have said quite a few things that may contradict what I am doing now. I think I was trying to convince myself that I was doing the right thing.
