Assistance with VIP-480's in Cape Town

Hey guys

I have 2 of these units from Scoop and got them to work back to back but having issues with the PBX. I need to get these things installed at a client ASAP, anyone know of a good company I could use?

Planet VIP-480 i presume

Hi,

I assume that the VIP-480 is a Planet. I have a Planet VIP-450, which I have tried without luck to connect via an Asterisk server to Telkom. I also got a Micronet, which I eventually got to work.

Are you using Asterisk as you PBX?

We have just moved to new offices and I am going for the new geographic enabled VoIP. Much less hassle.

I got my Planet from cables.co.za - I believe they are the original importers. But neither them nor Planet in Taiwan has been able to give me anything usefull.
