Zuma is not our President

 So first it's the independence of the cape, and second the black must just stay where they are already in shanty towns and shack dwelling and not go to "white areas" and cause trouble amongst others crime, I gues that way to do that is to bring back the dompas system. Thirdly is to institute bantu education again, and teach everyone there in afrikaans. Ja ned, the "country" called the western cape will be a great country to live in me says

Are you also starting a new party?

I don't thin they want to bring back apartheid or anything like that, i think they just want to cape to be independent.

But ofcourse alternatively we could just all live in South Africa where things are so much better becuase we have Zuma as our president. I mean who could do a better job really? Hitler? Stalin? Kim Jung II?

This is sick, I can't believe that after the years of suffering under an apartheid regime people still want segregation? I mean for all that president Zuma has done, we need to respect him. He is the leader of our country, and a representative of our nation. He has been democratically elected and we need to give him a chance. A chance to prove that he has the ability of guiding our country to success, if he fails in his duties, it is then that we can say that he is no good. People, just think for a second, the guy is still not our officially our president, He still needs to be inaugurated and people already berate him. What if he really does make changes to our country that are deemed to be good?, will we still berate him? People need to use logic, and appreciate what ordinary South Africans have been through to understand why they voted for Mr Zuma, They must respect that and maybe, just maybe if we all are positive, we will see a positive change in South Africa.

He is going to fail. There is no hope for him or his pathetic party. ANC = FAIL.

They want the cape to be a white ruled independent "country", since white people are efficient and immune to corruption and all. Those people who want the cape to be independent are racists, finish and klaar!

You know that there are many blacks and coloreds in the cape that feel the same aswell?

Zille will fail too in the western cape, she might make life better for rich people living there, but she will never be able to change the lives of people who live in khayelisha for example, and she will blame the ANC for her failer, just wait and see.

Actually its a coloured party so the black and whites (except the Germans) will relocate to the Townships where we will become cheap labour and resort to social ills like alcohol, drugs, truancy and infidelity.... we will have no rights or house and will be denied access to bonds and only rely on welfare and charity.

Actualy, this sounds like an awesome deal. Whens the next election as I'm sick of having to work and pay all my cash to accounts and rent. :D

Not many, but some of them. A very few of them actually. The DA got less than 3% of the black vote in the western cape, so to me that's very few.

Oh yes i forgot how much the ANC has done for the people in the townships how much better their lives has become, how many houses they got... in the years since 94 the townships have grown, the unemployment has grown but no some people will blindly believe any BS passed their way.

That sounds racist my friend:sick:. I'm waiting for JustAsk and Vegeta to comment on this.

If Zille was the president of SA and them blacks said the same, what would happen?

Actually life for people in the townships has been better during the past 15 years, I'm living proof of that. Townships for me is not a problem, the problem are shacks and informal settlements. The shacks that you see around you are off people who come from other countries (like zimbabwe) and people who come from the former bantustans and other rural areas, they come to joburg seeking a better life and they built their shacks almost where ever, and the ANC has failed to stop the "boom" of shacks all over.

You seem to think the ANC has done NOTHING, well me and you will have this discussion again 5 years from now about the DA's performance in the western cape, will she get rid of shacks? will she get rid of the bucket system? will she provide jobs? will she provide housing for everyone? we'll see.

It not fair to say the ANC will fail, South Africa is a young democracy, and the ANC has proved that it can make positive changes to our country. Furthermore the ANC has proved that it is capable of handling the job as a ruling party, no democracy as young as South Africa's can say that they haven't had any problems. I think of all the democracies in the world South Africa's has been the most successful to date, we have had no civil wars and although we are affected by corruption and crime, it has been shown in recent months that we are trying to handle them. We need to wait and see, and then comment, on how President Zuma is running the country. I am a patriot, regardless of who I voted for or what my religion is, South Africa is my country, and I will honor whomsoever is elected as president, as that is who my fellow countrymen have chosen. The only reason I can see behind people hating Mr Zuma is that although being uneducated he reached the ultimate position in our country, He has not been indoctrinated by "western values" so he can't be the right guy???
Give him a chance people..................................
