TV advertising ,Sentech vs Telkom vs Vodacom

Competition is hotting up (great news),We can now see 3 companies,advertising on national tv ,in the same day.Let us add some petrol to the fire .

Which Ad do you think is the best/worst out of the 3 companies? Why ?

I think

Vodacom 3g ad is best score B+
brief& concise consumer knows what products they are selling at what price and no misconceptions or misleading statement.

Sentech Ad is the last, score D- ,beautiful graphics animations,but consumer do not have a clue what product /price they advertising.

I see Telkom has changed their ad (ISP costs excl. flashes at the bottom of the screen now). I still think their advertising is misleading though.

Vodacom 3G has my vote, but it's a case of rock and hard place...

I believe one of our member complained to ASA ,Telkom add that "ISP costs excl "as a result !

I have to agree with Gooku. We sell MyWi and Sentech's ad doesn't in my opinion capitalise on showing customers what the product can do. I keep hoping that this is an opening salvo and that more pointed ads will follow. If you are Joe Public with no idea what Sentech is or does, you are going to be no better off after watching that ad. I think Vodacom's is better but still doesn't REALLY show you how the thing works. Telkom is totally misleading and I must admit I have not seen this little popup regarding ISP costs but maybe I am snoozing.

I saw it for the first time last night - and I knew what to look for, following the threads on this site.

Why did you not reflect your opinion to Sentech ?

A consumer as I am have to do your job :)

But Since Sentech is my friend (Telkom's opposition)so I do not mind
 
My money is on Telkom - a monopoly that needs to advertise ? - whatever next ?
A Dictatorship that needs to advertise ? - Never ! :D
