Silly question - someone referred me some time back to a net monitoring tool that shows up and download speed. It was a small program, a freeware part of a bigger program. Then my HDD crashed and after a re-install I cannot remember where I got that program.
It would be so nice if somebody can reref me to it again! (This time I will back up!!)

Yes! Netlimiter. Thanks. Just downloaded it. Nice little program that shows up ISP' s in a flash.
