Axxess - very bad first impressions (and now very bad 2nd impressions)
So I joined Axxess today on their uncapped express fibre+ system.
All goes well till it gets to the credit system, they get an 500 SSL error and obviously payment doesnt go through.
I log in with my new details, account is not activated as expected and I just send a ticket through to find out if they can re-run it.
Since I dont get a response (not even those autoemails that tell you how important you are to them), I call their helpcentre. The lady says their creditcard systems are down, and suggests that I do an EFT transfer however I will need to wait however long it takes to clear before it gets activated and I need to fax them proof of payment. When I asked if I could just retry the creditcard payment every few hours till it goes through, or if it will retry she said I need to ask "Technical", who ofcourse have no idea what I'm talking about.
I don't expect them to perform miracles if they have payment processor issues, but at least know basics about your billing systems.
