perhaps the truth is that MW ST and IB do not and did not want the power user 3gig d/loaders on their network, so what better way to get rid of them ?
Screw around with their connection, publish hot lists of abusers/user at the call center in the hopes you will give up and go away?
They still hold you to their 24 month legally EULA contract?
After all their market is the more docile mobile, email, "go to my pc" office exec???
