Most South Koreans have broadband

South Korea, where 95% of homes have broadband, Singapore and Taiwan are among the top five countries in terms of access to the high-speed Internet, according to a survey released on Thursday.

and even Iceland has really good broadband with a lot of users!
 
If Telkom did not asked such ridiculous high prices for ADSL broadband at houses, then SA would also be on the map.
 
Why the government of SA is not doing something about their own talking? They just make bla bla bla, but nothing is happening.
 
Estonia? Slovenia? Lithuania? And in movies these places are portrayed as rubbish dumps but they are ranked, and ranked fairly highly! Moral of the story: Dont believe everything you see in movies
