Anyone on the La Montagne Tower experiencing extremely slow speeds?

For the past 2 or 3 weeks i've had RIDICULOUSLY slow speeds.
I think i am on the La Montagne tower (not sure though), but thats where my patch antenna is pointing.

Is anyone else connected to this tower, and if so, are you also experiencing speeds like i do (2-3Kb/s on 256K) local and international?

Yep, i've noticed that they're working on the tower,
but their finished working on it now, and its WAAY worse than what it was
 
La Montagne, Pretoria is tower 116. I also noticed that things seemed very slow during a couple of days last week . I've just downloaded something now from an international site, and the speed was about 5kB/s, which is normal for the 128kbps package.

I used to get a fairly consistent 20-23% signal strength, but for the last two or three months it has been varying a lot between 9% and a maximum of 16%. My modem is mounted on a wall, so has not moved. They have been working on La Montagne a lot recently, but I haven't seen any signs of improvements yet.
