A few days ago i downloaded UT3 demo from games.saix.net and installed it, but when I open it, it says "Modified executable code is not allowed. Please reinstall the game". I already tried reinstalling it but it still gives me this message.

Unfortunately the certificate for the exe expired and was never addressed by EPIC. Same thing happened to GOW, but that was worth fixing.
You could try setting your computer clock back a year or two if you really want to try it out.
But just know that the demo isn't an accurate representation of the game in it's current state(Post Titan Pack release). The whole thing changed, from performance to even the GUI.

i wish i had a PC that could run UT3 with Titan Pack 
I hate it when people do this. Ever considered someone else might find this thread having the same problem and be interested in solving it?
