China sticks to software rule

China will not back away from a new rule requiring that Internet filtering software be shipped with all computers sold in the country despite heavy criticism of the plan, state media said on Tuesday.
 
Let's see if the first world will buckle and sacrifice their morals for the mighty Yuan.

So the simple way around this is for another company to create a competitive set of filtering software and the US courts will demand that the computers be sold with the ability to remove the bundled filters.
