Hi everyone
I have been reading through the threads about i-Burt as it is a service that I have been thinking of availing off.
Here is what I have learned:
WBS is not resolving matters, they are leaving their customers in the dark and worst of all they will not reduce your monthly bill because of the inability to use their service in the indicated 24/7 way. This means that I would be paying for a service that does not live up to its promise.
24/7 means every second of the day, yes I can accept that weather and or other issues can influence this, but from what I have seen in the threads your offering is below a 90% up time. This should mean that everyone should pay 10% less since you offer less.
I can accept that i-Busrt would like to open a channel of communication, however it would be easier for you get information about connects disconnects and speed increase or decrease if you allow your users to communicate via your helpdesk or allow them a online form to submit, why you want a face to face is really beyond me.
I can thank the forum users for providing me with enough information to not look at i-Busrt as a solution for my Internet connectivity problems.
Ettienne
